The build in apps are perfect for her. Also worth to mention are the excellent experience while playing games the colors and responsive time are just amazing. Great TV.

I video editor and when I get a new tv I usually spend a good amount of time getting the settings right with the color, contrast, brightness and such. But with this TV from the factory it is very good! A lot of times with big TVs it can make things seem blurry. This tv is very sharp and the the colors look really good. Love it.

The picture clarity and Qled technology is remarkable and breath taking. The only thing I'm kinda not sure if it's the internet or what is sometimes it's shuts and change its channel sometimes to Samsung tv channel without anyone holding the remote. Picture quality, color rendering, and contrast are superb and rival other display technologies, but at significantly lower cost. Plenty of streaming options available that minimize dependence no money hungry and expensive cable TV service providers.

However, on my Xbox One X, the TV regularly loses connection to the console via HDMI when opening/loading games, requiring me to turn it off and back on to restore the view from just a black screen with a loading icon. If this weren't a constant problem, the TV would be perfect.

The remote is very easy to use and easy to handle. Not too many buttons and just the right size. I really admire the designers of this TV.

Initially was concerned that the picture wasn't as nice as older TV and realized it was settings on my cable box. The picture is gorgeous. TV has lots of options for customize setting for picture as well. Setup was really easy with Smart Things app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has great picture and sound. We use it predominantly as a smart tv with Hulu Netflix amazon and Disney+. The only negative is the remote. It is very small, using the directional and enter button is not easy for me. We have a 2018 Samsung also and while the remotes are almost identical (and work interchangeably) I have difficulty with only the 2020 model.

We , as well as other people visiting seemed really impressed with the quality of the picture as well as the sound. Recently I purchased another set. I rarely repeat the same item but for once I made sure that I bought another Samsung smart tv. Again the quality of this set, the superiority of the picture, the sound, really sets this tv above the others. With 6 sets in the house we have a good chance to compare.
