We really love the smart features, interactive controls and built-in apps. We no longer have to use streaming devices and we can see the picture clearly, even from some distance away and at various angles. We now have Samsung devices in all of the rooms in our house because they work so seamlessly together. Next step is to add a Samsung sound bar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a gamer or a moviephile, so I don't need the higher levels of quality out there like the Q70 and Q80 which definitely perform better. Just wanted something big to watch occasional movies. Picture is great and lighting and colors are right on. The sound is loud and clear too, I don't need a sound bar. The physical screen itself is plasticky and has a slight loose wobble when tapped, but maybe that's how these newer flat screens are built to save on weight. My last Samsung flatscreen had a solid glass screen but it also weighed more. Love it, would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have my Samsung Television mounted in my Bedroom so I watch every day and night. Color and brightness are great and it's extremely user friendly! Will definitely be buying another one for my living room.

I bought Samsung because of their reputation for quality exemplified by the fantastic picture quality of their QLED televisions. I was really surprised when at just about three years of age a dark vertical band about four inches wide appeared on the right side of my television, you can see through it but it is still frustrating. Now, the dark vertical band is about 20 inches wide and is now positioned in the middle of the screen. I paid significantly more for this Samsung QLED 65-inch TV than competing brands because I was buying their quality. Now, my television was out of warranty, of course, and although I am upset that a television that I paid so much for was defective in such a short period of time I was ready to accept it as my bad luck. Imagine my surprise when I learned that hundreds, if not thousands of other Samsung owners were having the exact same problem that I was having and Samsung wasn't going to do the right thing and fix what was now a very real defect in their product that they still will not recognize and take ownership of. Bottom line, high price doesn't always equate to high quality.

Very good sound from the stock speakers. Really like the built-in features as well. VERY satisfied with the purchase. Samsung is now my TV of choice. Highly recommend this product.

The interface and control can be a bit confusing for older folks (my parents), but for those who have some technological inclination, it's awesome. The ability to pair it with my phone is also a plus. I can control the TV without the actual remote. I'm also glad that it has all the main apps such as Netflix, CW, Youtube, Disney+, and more. Wish it had maybe 1 more HDMI port, though. Overall, I am super happy with the purchase.
