Great picture

all the product features and picture quality mean nothing when it stops working and costs so much to repair. it should last longer than 18 months when it costs so much. i don't need all those features... i just need a product that lasts relative to it's price. get a good warranty!

Useless brick

so disappointed with this tv. i was actually happy with it until suddenly a power cycling issue began. it now continuously turns itself on and off every 3 seconds. i have only had the product for 17 months. after reading the community threads, it seems that this is a known issue with samsung tv's which they refuse to correct. and because i didn't buy an extended warranty, i now have a useless electronic brick hanging on the wall that will cost a few hundred dollars to fix. almost every electronic device i own is from samsung including several phones, tablets, tv's, buds, and watches. sadly, after this experience, i will probably never buy another samsung product. i thought i was buying quality but i was seriously mistaken.

Picture is blurry and fuzzy

picture is blurry and fuzzy when watching live action content such as movies, tv shows, and sports. otherwise when watching 2d animation like cartoons the picture is clean. i also own a mu6070 which is a lower end model in terms of specifications when compared to this qled and do not have any of the issues mentioned.

"Smart TV" = constantly crashing.

this is the worst tv i've ever had in my life. complete waste of money. do not buy this tv. and i've been a loyal, satisfied samsung tv customer for 20 years. the picture is fine. the audio is fine. but the "smart" features, are anything but. the software on that runs this tv is constantly crashing. none of the other six tv's i have in my house that are also streaming have this problem. only difference is that they are not samsung "smart" tvs. samsung - stick to the display technology- you don't know anything about "smart tvs". i can't tell you how frustrating it is to deal with this tv on a daily basis.

Died after 9 months

i was very excited about this purchase. it was the biggest and best tv purchase so far. bought a samsung dolby atmos soundbar to accompany it. initially the picture was awesome. the set up was easy. the integration with other smart home devices was seemless. then afyer 9 short months of service it flat died. i have never had a tv die so quickly. a bargain hisence tv is goong strong after 5 years. my openbox visio is still operating as new afyer 10 years. both cost less then half of this q60 samsung.

Poor quality at a premium price

this is my second samsung tv. the power button the the tv broken on my first samsung tv after 11 months of normal use. after a bunch of back and forth (because of covid not samsung's fault) it got replaced with this tv and all i had to pay was the price difference. sadly once again the power button broke, this time outside of the short 12 month warranty. given that the same issue has happened twice with 2 different models it is clear the button is not made to be used anything but very occasionally. terrible quality. and this time since the warranty expired i am probably stuck with only being able to turn the tv on and off using the remote until i pay up to replace it, which when i do it will not be samsung.
