[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a pretty great TV. The UI is quick and snappy. The voice assistant feature works most of the time with slight issues but voice assistance is iffy on anything so I can't really mark it down for that. The picture is clear and the sound from the tv is surprisingly not that bad compared to other TV's. The one real issue I have with it is the HDR is not great. When watching HDR content everything is really dark because the TV can't get bright enough to compensate. Other than that I'm really happy with this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried 2 other 43 inch sets before settling on a new QLED because of superior picture. It had to better than my 7 year old Samsung 40 inch and is. The new remote style and that broadcast stations get a menu choice just like any other app required learning on my part. The tuner works well. It is a keeper.

Voice recognition isn't the greatest and was constantly reconnecting my Bluetooth soundbar so I ended up just connecting through HDMI. Love, love, love the remote. It's the only one I need to control everything.

The TV can also be controlled by your phone which is nice, and I can also display my phone on the TV. This TV has all the bell and whistles and I'll definitely be sticking with Samsung on my future TV purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have bought other tv brands to save money. But they don't come close to the picture quality of a Samsung TV. Besides the great picture it's also packed with other useful features. Very easy to set up and use. Looks great to. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once the TV is on and working it has a beautiful picture; however, it takes 5 minutes to boot up, connect to the internet and start working. Then you have to select the app you want which takes another 5 minutes. Honestly, should have stayed with a ROKU TV. Oh, and you can't turn on the TV on mute or mute the TV before it makes a sound... so hard to use it if you have kids trying to go to bed... would not be surprised if 100% of the design team was finance & engineers without kids.

The images are crisp, it was simple to set up my Samsung account, and the selection of applications available is great! No need for any extra streaming devices. The screen mirroring works perfectly with my Galaxy S10. Looking forwarding to using this TV for a long time. Would highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 65" frame I love it, guests have never seen anything like it, No wires etc. I have direct tv, the remote set itself up after I entered provider. Beautiful 4K videos. My only issue is the wifi connection. I have to reconnect the wifi often, granted this could be on my end, the provider is not great. Overall highly satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a very nice set. I do wish the picture had a little more pop to it and that Samsung would put upgraded features on the 43” sets. The smaller sets seem to get no respect from the manufacturers. Also, the brightness level for 4K programs is not very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The display quality is top notch. The colors are perfect along with the clrarity. The set-up was very easy. Even works perfectly well when I connect my laptop. The range of display options make it easier to adjust with different requirements.
