Clarity of picture, totally enjoyable use of your very simple and concise remote control! I get a lot for the money I paid for your SMART TV. Fun to use the voice control. So easy and simple to instal. I recommended Samsung to my friend who also bought a Samsung and my friend is enjoying the TV as much as I am. Now considering getting a Samsung phone!

The only draw backs a very small, the navigation of the apps and settings is a bit odd, but I'm getting used to it.The remote control feels weird on my hand, it is curved to I guess fit better, but it just doesn't balance well in my hand. They should take some tips from Amazon Fire Stick, (I love that remote control and the navigation of the apps and how you can use voice control is great). That's the only reason this TV is not 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this as a TV associated with our Zwift trainer cycling setup. Got the sync to iphone via airplay working in seconds. The whole experience has been flawless and the TV is certainly bright enough for our very bright room (which was a concern). My only complaint is that when turning on TV for first time it pushes you to install an iphone app that requires knowing your location *at all times* and not just when using app. Why? This is crazy. Uninstalled app.

It does have some occasional connection issues which could just be my WiFi but my other devices seem to run fine so I'm not quite sure what the problem would be, but again overall the Tv is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I want to dispell any bad reviews you may read about this TV. The people who wrote them simply don't know how to do an "Expert Setup" on their TV. They obviously think it's "Plug n' Play" and that is NOT the case with any TV, not just this one. All TV's are setup at the factory and are set at neutral settings across the board throughout the TV's range. You MUST know how to properly adjust each individual setting to optimize the picture quality!! These settings are located under >Settings>Picture>Expert Settings, on the TV's menu. Don't be afraid to make some mistakes, this is how I learned! You can always hit factory reset and yes, start all over again!! I know how to do this, I'm very experienced on tweaking TV's. Not to scare anyone, but this one took me the better part of 4 days to fine tune, but man, was it time well spent!! I scanned different channels, waited patiently for facial close-ups, making adjustments, and basically got a good sampling of all types of TV viewing. Doing this, eliminates the need to make minor adjustments with certain programs occasionally. I'm very discerning and picky when it comes to a TV's picture quality. Remember, this is only a one-time fine tuning!! Getting this picky only happens once, it won't be a constant hassle during your TV's lifespan. I have dialed in this TV so well, it's like looking out my picture window at real life action, live. In some scenes the people look lifesize!! Wild!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and picture quality is amazing. You'll never want to watch those old rerun TV series on anything else. The people and details pop like they're ready to walk out of your set. Even our DVD's look better when played. It's slimness allowed us to get a bigger screen to fit in our cabinet; and because of it's lighter weight, cleaning around and behind is easy. The remote is simple to use. Initially, because this is a 2020 model, we could not get it to sync with our Samsung phone. Shortly afterwards, there must have been a software update; and bingo, syncing accomplished.

I bought this tv a month ago and when I was trying to set it up and use Bixby it wasn't working. I make requests to get my google home to control my tv and it doesn't work, even after I attempt to reconnect them. After a few days Bixby kicked in but it never understands me. The tv continuously kicks me out of the screen mirroring and I'm convinced maybe my tv is defective. On the upside it comes with its own channels almost like cable if you use the Samsung TV plus, the tv offers great visual quality and you can download other apps for anything really. The brightness adjustment is also a really cool feature.

When streaming movies and shows the TV performs flawlessly and eveything looks great. I also use this TV with my ps5 and it is an amazing experience. Games run smooth and fast and look better than ever. Great job samsung.
