[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been holding out on upgrading my t.v. for a while (formally 720p 32"), so when I saw a sale on 4k t.v. sets at the exchange I knew it was about time. I did my research before buying, brand name vs. off brand, LED vs. QLED, general pros and cons, etc. I can say for sure that this t.v. was well worth the price I paid and then some. From what I read, most off brands have picture and sound issues to the point that it just doesn't make the small savings worth it. I'm so glad I chose to go whole hog. The picture quality is amazing, movies and games have never looked sharper. Colors have incredibly vivid contrast and the QLED screen really makes the darkness of black spaces seem to sink into the screen. Plus the convenience is also a huge step up. All I have to do is turn on my Xbox and the t.v. goes right to that input! Plus I can always yell at Alexa to turn everything off if I can't find my remote (which controls the Xbox too btw!). Lastly, the price you're paying for the size and picture quality is super reasonable. Pretty much the best deal on the market right now. It's not the biggest or the brightest, but you're not gonna be breaking the bank either. The only thing that could really make this set better would be a 3d sound bar! It would be like having a movie theater right in my living room, which is great since... you know. #2020 In short, 10/10 would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has excellent picture quality - but when I try to open any app (Britbox, Disney, etc) I have no sound. Cannot figure out how to correct this problem. I guess it has to do with the Samsung remote - not the Comcast one. Hope you can help me. Also, closed caption on Prime Video sites is very small and I cannot increase the size or the background. These issues are frustrating for me.

I'm a gamer so the game mode was nice & I had no idea what I was missing not playing games in 4K. The TV menu itself was a bit laggy with response time but once I updated the TV everything was perfect. Being able to control the TV with my phone is a plus as well, didn't know necessary that would be until I misplaced the remote, it's pretty small.

The remote has much less buttons than the old TV. I kind like the old style remote - which allows you to type the numbers to switch between channels.

With a new bonus I bit the bullet and purchased this one and could not be happier. The UI, setup, picture quality and all around build of this unit is far superior to any TV I have previously owned. I know at the end of the day it's just about "what works", but if you can swing it, there is a difference in quality that makes using the TV a joy. Highly recommend!

It was time for an upgrade and choosing which television to buy is a tough call to many because there's literally a million to choose from. However, not in my case because I've always loved and appreciated Samsung products since. This television believe it or not will last just like the one I had before. The price that I paid for wasn't so bad at all too. You might want to consider this TV as an option for your next TV upgrade.

Great picture quality and inbuilt app collection. To add to the list of pros this tv supports Apple Airplay which I haven't seen many tvs supporting. Great for rooms which is not very bright. All in all a great deal!!
