The remote is not user friendly if one does not understand the meaning of each icon, and I am still trying to sort that part out.

The ease of use with built in apps, like "SmartThings", allows for a seamless and fully integrated experience. Navigation controls are simple and appealing. The remote is attractive, with a seamless look. Batteries a little tough to replace though. The feature that is super cool is how it can be a blend in with the backdrop of your wall. Adding a good looking aesthetic to your home. Love love love the t.v...looking for my next big purchase Samsung!

So to remedy the deficiencies I had to purchase a stick for better streaming, better remote (button placement was clearly not a consideration on the standard remote. You should be able to operate in the dark and without looking) and voice

When displaying channels that support HD, HDR & ULTRA HD 4K I really feel that I'm physically there. The colors are so vivid. Definitely worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very good product with lot of features. Color quality of tv is awesome and best in its class. Love the dual color tone. I use it as a additional screen for my work from home and can do lot of multitasking for my laptop as can open lotnof windows and can see them. I have enabled Amazon Alexa on my TV and connected all devices and can control majority of them using voice command from TV. It has picture in picture feature which is very good as we can watch and browse for next show same time. Overall a very good buy and highly recommended.

The only drawback is its sometime slow when try to navigate to different app quickly which i was not expecting. It should have been quick to navigate between the apps. Also sometimes it gets stuck on some of the application and takes several seconds to navigate from one app to another! Hopefully this slowness would get fix with the new updates next time! But overall its awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV stands out when ot comes to gaming. The 120 frames per second makes games go really smooth and ofcourse QLED with HDR makes it a dream come true. It so real that you wouldn't believe it. 20W RMS does a decent job

I bought Samsung because of their reputation for quality exemplified by the fantastic picture quality of their QLED televisions. I was really surprised when at just about three years of age a dark vertical band about four inches wide appeared on the right side of my television, you can see through it but it is still frustrating. Now, the dark vertical band is about 20 inches wide and is now positioned in the middle of the screen. I paid significantly more for this Samsung QLED 65-inch TV than competing brands because I was buying their quality. Now, my television was out of warranty, of course, and although I am upset that a television that I paid so much for was defective in such a short period of time I was ready to accept it as my bad luck. Imagine my surprise when I learned that hundreds, if not thousands of other Samsung owners were having the exact same problem that I was having and Samsung wasn't going to do the right thing and fix what was now a very real defect in their product that they still will not recognize and take ownership of. Bottom line, high price doesn't always equate to high quality.
