Tizen is pretty user friendly and the processor is zippy...which is much appreciated. I don't find any issues with the sound and found that it really depends on the channel or show you're watching if you're streaming Netflix. All that to say that sometimes it's not the television when you can't hear that well. I only use Samsung cellular devices so the smartview is super cool and easy to use! The picture is great, I didn't expect to see everyone's pores and fine lines lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little disappointed in this tvs samsung plus app it keeps saying no internet which other apps work fine so I have to keep unplugging the tv if I want to use the plus app the tv isn't as great as I thought it would be but all in all it does the job don't care for the picture settings picture will be to dark when a show is playing a scene in the night or it will be to bright

I have one issue which is that the turn tv off timer doesn't stay programmed when there is a loss of power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the apps and their ease of use. I love how all of the apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc are accessible through the touch of a button. I also really enjoy the fact that I can add/remove apps at will. I watch TV and stream movies and TV shows daily on the smart TV. My favorite feature is actually the remote that comes with the TV because it can even control my Xbox. When i leave for the day I usually use my Amazon echo to turn off the TV via Alexa which can be very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having two older Samsung TVs, I expected the same thing in the Q60T. I was wrong and surprised with this TVs capabilities. The incredible display is very clear, adaptive, and the ambient display is is very easy to set up. Samsung TV Plus is one of the best additions to a TV. Being able to watch internet TV is fabulous. The weight is just right for the thin panel design that makes mounting on a stand or the wall a task that is easy to do. The speakers and various preset sound modes sound good regardless of the mounting location. Although the built in features are very good, the included remote can be tricky or frustrating to use. The regular options are all included but may require drilling down through some menus for options that most remotes have a button for. The most critical features are on the face of the remote including shortcuts for Samsung TV Plus, Netflix,and Amazon Prime Video. Inputs are excellent and not too many eating up space on the back of the TV. The processor for this TV is fast and lag is minimal. This is my new favorite TV.

The only drawback is its sometime slow when try to navigate to different app quickly which i was not expecting. It should have been quick to navigate between the apps. Also sometimes it gets stuck on some of the application and takes several seconds to navigate from one app to another! Hopefully this slowness would get fix with the new updates next time! But overall its awesome product!

Including network setup, integrated with Alexa, local programing of TV stations. Once it was up, we realized how much better and brighter the picture was that our previous TV. Another bonus we ran across was all the Samsung stations as part of the programming - just amazing. Looking forward to years of viewing.

We love the smart features, including use of voice recognition software. The design is sleek and fits well within the space. One of my favorite features is the personalization offered in ambient mode. Our television has literally become a part of our decor, not just a bulky screen in the center of our family room. I would buy it again and I definitely recommend this TV to anyone wanting a functional smart product with personalization and style.

I had to mess with the settings for a few minutes to get the brightness and definition I wanted but this TV is by far the best I've ever owned. The size is perfect, it's not too heavy, and it was SO simple to setup. For being such a high quality TV, I was shocked that it only took about 5 minutes to set up the entire thing. I would absolutely recommend this TV to anyone and everyone!
