[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has a great picture and works really well we have had it a couple months and haven't had any problems with it except we didn't know how some of the features work, once I figured them out it worked great. The remote is hard to use so I bought a older style one so my wife could operate the tv with no problems. The setup on this was a lot different than our other samsung smart tv so it took longer to set up. In conclusion I would buy this again, that should say it all.

The display is cluttered with software that is painful to navigate. Worse, Bluetooth does not work. Tried every trick. Unplug, plug, restart, etc. No Bluetooth connectivity. Also, Bixby sucks. Siri and Google are better.

I would recommend it to all looking for a cost effective option for a Bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The QLED 4K technology delivers very crisp images, clear colors and a consistent viewing experience across a wide viewing spectrum. I am not a technophile so I don't understand how the pixels were shrunk or improved or what the black contrast improvement does for the viewing experience. What I do know; This is the best Television I have ever owned. My only complaint is the speakers do not deliver a comparable audio experience. Speakers are underpowered and positioned such that the addition of a sound bar or theater speaker system is needed to hear any program. The Samsung soundbar I purchased to improve the audio experience did not pair intuitively with the Samsung TV. Compatibility between the Samsung TV and soundbar should be improved.

The colors are so vibrant, but not unrealistic. The dark scenes in movies are great because we love action and horror and you can see the difference, it pops!. We marathoned movies all weekend! Great entertainment piece! Love it!

It replaced a 10 year old flatscreen so you can imagine we are amazed by the clarity of the screen. Also the Samsung+ has it own channels as well--a surprise to me. The sound is not as good as our old tv so we bought a sound bar to enhance that. That is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was not much better image resolution than my previous TV in terms of color, image details, shades, etc. I decided to change my due it was getting troubles to stay connected with my wi-fi, so I had to disconnect and reconnect it, several times a month and with this new Samsung TV, I am having the same issue: It does not keep the internet info, so we have to physically disconnect the TV from the electrical outlet, wait a few minutes, and connect it again.
