[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the best tv on the market and I own 3. the features are good and it tend to prefer google apps. I also like the clear picture. the only drawback is the sound, which is much better with a sound bar.

I bought this tv a month ago and when I was trying to set it up and use Bixby it wasn't working. I make requests to get my google home to control my tv and it doesn't work, even after I attempt to reconnect them. After a few days Bixby kicked in but it never understands me. The tv continuously kicks me out of the screen mirroring and I'm convinced maybe my tv is defective. On the upside it comes with its own channels almost like cable if you use the Samsung TV plus, the tv offers great visual quality and you can download other apps for anything really. The brightness adjustment is also a really cool feature.

The colors are so vibrant, but not unrealistic. The dark scenes in movies are great because we love action and horror and you can see the difference, it pops!. We marathoned movies all weekend! Great entertainment piece! Love it!

The picture and sound quality are excellent! I especially enjoy using YouTube to participate in church services since I cannot attend in person. Being quarantined for all these months, has made the television my constant and very companion.. I just wish it had not been quite so expensive!

i had this tv for about 6 months. picture was beautiful. the apps sometimes didn't work, but i have a roku too so it didn't bother me much. i have been faithful to the samsung brand for years, and i wasn't disappointed. ...until i needed to move my tv from one room to the next. i picked it up and heard a crack right away. i hoped that it sounded worse than what it really was, but not the case. the screen was cracked almost all of the way across, which made it completely unusable. i did enough research to know that this isn't covered by any kind of warranty, so i didn't even bother calling samsung. i had to go back to using my 10 plus year old samsung plasma hdtv has survived a cross country move and several moves to new houses. quality has been sacrificed for new technology.

I am a senior citizen and trying to keep up with the latest and greatest technologies is especially difficult. This Samsung TV is very user friendly and makes watching TV a true entertainment choice for me.

It replaced a 10 year old flatscreen so you can imagine we are amazed by the clarity of the screen. Also the Samsung+ has it own channels as well--a surprise to me. The sound is not as good as our old tv so we bought a sound bar to enhance that. That is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.
