[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has every feature one could possibly want at this stage of television evolution; built in WI-FI, multiple inputs including ATSC tuner, built in web browser, and a smart remote with Netflix, Prime Video and Samsung TV Plus direct app access buttons. As for performance the picture, with the proper input, is no less than breathtaking especially in dynamic mode. The audio is consistently present and spatial without having to be overloud to be distinct. I have noted one issue that presented itself on first installation. I use an Amazon Fire TV as my internet access device which has its own remote. Many times the wait time for apps such as YouTube TV were overlong and inconsistent. I initially thought the problem was with my home WI-FI but it was not. After much consternation I found that since both the Samsung TV remote and the Fire TV remote use the Anynet system of cross brand control there must be a conflict between the two remotes for control of the Fire TV. I pulled the batteries from the Fire TV remote and the problem instantly disappeared. The Samsung remote then is all I use and almost everything is copacetic. There are a couple of functions on the Fire TV remote for Amazon content that are not available on the Samsung remote but the inconveniences are hardly noticeable.

This TV was a gift for my mother in law and I was hoping for a more traditional remote. She has trouble figuring it out. But I still want to buy a new one for me lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a history of using Samsung products. My current television was the easiest to set up! They made it easy to get where you need to go and don't have so many options that it overwhelms you. The remote has only buttons you need, nothing like a universal remote. I watch movies, series and black & white shows so it's like a movie theater in my living room. It is hands down the best Samsung TV I've had. The others were good but this one is my all time fav. I stream most everything I watch and also use a Blu-Ray player but will soon add a video game console...the display will be amazing once I do.

I love the Netflix and Prime buttons on the remote that take me directly to which one I choose. A 43 inch is the perfect size for my needs. I highly recommend this television.

i had this tv for about 6 months. picture was beautiful. the apps sometimes didn't work, but i have a roku too so it didn't bother me much. i have been faithful to the samsung brand for years, and i wasn't disappointed. ...until i needed to move my tv from one room to the next. i picked it up and heard a crack right away. i hoped that it sounded worse than what it really was, but not the case. the screen was cracked almost all of the way across, which made it completely unusable. i did enough research to know that this isn't covered by any kind of warranty, so i didn't even bother calling samsung. i had to go back to using my 10 plus year old samsung plasma hdtv has survived a cross country move and several moves to new houses. quality has been sacrificed for new technology.
