It is super easy to use and can lift up off the base so it can be carried to hard to reach spots. I really Like how it can go from tile or hardwood to a rug without bunching up. It cleans up so much from the carpet that you don't even see is there. It has several attachments that come with it and easy enough for my kids to figure out which is a huge plus

Not happy with this purchase, shrrk power lift. it was purchased 9 mo and the brush stopped working. I only use the vacuum twice a month due to my age, 75 with only 3 rooms with carpet,no pets or children, only my husband and I. After phone calls, sharks would only offer to sell us the part. I'm back to my old H vacuum that I bought 10 years ago that is still working just harder for me to push.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away may just be the best vacuum ever! This vacuum is the quietest one I have ever had the pleasure to own. Another plus, lots of suction upright and as a lift away, you don't lose any suction. I am able to clean under the beds in lift away mode with the powered brush roll attached better than with anything else I have tried. Best onboard tool storage idea yet with notched tools that are securely held on the back of the vacuum. The two tools that came with the vacuum have notched ends that slide down on matching slots that keep them in place. The dust cup is a generous size and easy to empty, making the vacuum perfect. Absolutely love how lightweight my vacuum is, used to struggle to carry vacuums up and down stairs. When you have pets and kids you wants reliable vacuum and this is it.

We bought this about a month ago and are so happy we did. This is our second shark rotator vacuum. The first one still works great, just wanted to upgrade. LOVE the new features such as the top lift away detachment and when the vacuum is in an upright position, the brush roll stops.

I have two aussies which mean major hair, everywhere. The vacuum does extremely well at removing the hair from the couch, however the vacuum and/or canister are not stable when using the hose and attachments. It is difficult to manipulate vacuuming the couch Cushing and ensuring the vacuum and canister don't come crashing onto the floor. After couch vacuuming I feel like I just finished a 30 minute Peloton session. You would think the engineers could have figured out how to better stabilize the vacuum when using the wand. Other than that, it can suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum works great! I have really long hair, plus a cat, so hair getting caught in the vacuum brush roll is a serious issue for me. This was one of the main reasons I wanted this vacuum, so I hopefully won't have to cut my hair off the brush roll with scissors every time I use it, and so far, so good! My other favorite feature, is the light that shines out of the inside of the brush roll, so I can clearly see what I'm about to vacuum. It's really easy to clean out, and I'm able to use it in pretty much every area/surface of my house, so I would for sure recommend it to anyone looking to get a new vacuum.

It does a great job. The vacuum is easy to use and quite uncomplicated.

Quality vacuum, replaced an oreck and can't be happier. Feels well made and cleans great. Only con is it is heavy. But that is not a deal breaker.

Canister broke on our old shark, loved it so much had to buy another. This new one cleans better and self cleaning brush roll is fantastic!
