Only had it a few weeks, but it has a excellent warranty, and runs really good and great with pet hair.

Delivery was terrible, three weeks for a stock item. The vacuum is great and does an excellent job and is easy to setup and to use.

We have had our Shark vacuum for several years and it still works like new! I love that it has lights on it so you can see the area clearly. The cord is long enough where I do not need to usually switch outlets in the same room.

I bought this vacuum because I loved my old Shark. Pretty excited about the brush roll. Hmmmmm sure doesn't work! The vacuum is great except for that one little thing. So here I sit taking it apart to clean.

I was so happy when I purchased this. The suction power is great, I have a busy household with children and pets so it was important that it was quick and lightweight. The filter system is great the amount of fur and dirt it collected amazed me. Easy to use and move around with. It also collects a good amount of dust too. Great shark product
