This is by far the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. I can not believe how much dirt this picks up. I vacuumed my carpet- which was not really needed but I wanted to try it out- the amount of dirt this picked up was amazing. I love the lift away feature because it makes it so easy to do steps. This vacuum made me a believer and I will never by another brand.

It makes vacuuming a breeze. I love how it can pick up hair without being tangled in the brush. My kids actually love to use it now. Even when using the tool, the suction is powerful and it lifts up everything. I love the option it has to lift away making cleaning on the stairs easier. I definitely recommend.

After researching new vacuums for several months I finally ended my relationship with the Dyson Animal that finally died after 22 years. After vacuuming my whole house I am sold on Shark. I love how easy it was to assemble (literally less than 2 mins) and how all the buttons are easy to find & reach. The best feature of this Shark is that I can easily vacuum under furniture that the Dyson was never able to reach and that is worth the price alone. The headlights are great and it worked well on thick area rug that I could barely drag the Dryson over. The lift away canister is a little heavy, but not too bad. The entire machine feels a bit top heavy to me, but that feeling may lessen with use. There are a couple of issues that bother me about this Shark model. The first is that the cord is way too short and I had to change outlets several times. My old Dyson's cord was 10 ft. longer and could vacuum the whole condo using one outlet. Second issue is that when I use the Lift Away feature to get under furniture. The canister is a little too heavy for me to hold onto for more than a minute or two. I hope Shark will listen to the many customers who commented about the power cord needing to be longer. 25 ft is just too short for modern open concept homes. In general, I very satisfied purchased.

Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away passed the lint roller test with a solid A on our medium pile carpet at the highest level of vacuum power. The medium power didn't pass the lint roller test due to an excess of dust fuzzies, although it still picked up the hair. No hair wrap describes the situation: there has been no hair wrap after an entire month. Previously, hair wrap would occur after ONE SWIPE through my bedroom. This vacuum dances in your hand with its swivel tilt and could probably win an obstacle course competition for vacuums. Negatives: 1) Loudness, a little louder than the previous shark, so I didn't give it an A+. 2) The attachments I purchased barely fit--a little disappointed with the connection there. I'm not going to downgrade my review based on a poorly fitting attachment, but I would recommend that Shark re-examine the compatible attachments.

I got this to replace a Shark vacuum that we loved. After using it for several months it just gets worse. This is the most poorly designed vacuum, heavy and incredibly difficult to push (won't even go forward straight). So difficult that it will give you blisters after a whole house vacuum. Most miserable product I have ever owned.

I bought the vacuum one month ago. It is my 4th Shark vacuum. I am a fan of Sharks

Best vacuum cleaner for those who have pets! We were amazed at how easily it is to use. We have 3 large dogs and 3 cats, this has been by far the best vac we have owned. Easy to use and a huge game changer for our family. HaPpY Home /Clean Home.

I just bought my third one, the first two, the bristles on the brush roller wore down to nubs that made it inefficient which happens right after warranty expires. My other complaint is the cord is shorter than most other vacuums on the market, my last being about five feet shorter than the last two. The features keep coming back though.
