We got a tetherball set for my sons birthday this summer and he plays everyday, the strap broke on the tetherball and I contacted the company and within a few days I received a new ball and rope. Excellent customer service.

We were missing a part to the tether ball set we ordered our kids for Xmas, and Adam in customer service came to the rescue and sent us out a new one same day!! Thank You!

Everyone in my household has enjoyed playing with the tetherball, both adults and children. Even some of our guests have enjoyed playing as well. It has definitely made us more competitive when playing.

Gave this to my grandchildren in March for their birthday, the ball would not inflate as soon as air is pumped i. it defkates. I had to purchase another ball so they could play. They love playing with it and so do the neighbors children.

This has provided hours of fun for my kids, and us! It was also easy to assemble. It says two adults required, but with the help of my 11 year old, I was able to do it.

Nice set but for some reason the hook that connects the rope to the pole comes undone easily so I have to reattach it quite frequently. Not as sturdy as I expected either, but overall I am happy with my purchase.

The entire family has enjoyed playing tetherball. The younger children had not played this at school and have enjoyed this game. Easy to assemble and appears to be good quality. Delivery was within a few days.

Luckily I had my brother helped me put it together, I would have not been able to put it up alone. I am extremely happy with my purchase, we went rounds and ended up sore from playing so much. Could not be any happier!

We love this tetherball! It works in grass or on our driveway, and holds its own against some pretty competitive games! This is a fun outdoor game for our kids and teens when our yard isn’t quite flat about anywhere for a volleyball net.

It was a birthday gift for 9 yr old son. Fairly easy to assemble. He wants to go outside to play it everyday. So far it is holding us. I have had to tighten the nuts one time so far.
