I called to get replacement parts for our Tetherball pole assembly and customer service was fantastic. Professional, efficient and was able to get me the parts before our family reunion this weekend. Thank you so much!

We have a tether ball that is enjoyed even by my teen. Rope broke, resulting in ball being left is yard and getting ruined. Company replaced without hassel.

Lots of fun. Easy to set up; definitely needs 2 people to help in the final steps when filling the base. The screw that holds the tether ball to the pole comes unscrewed often during play.

We got this for a family party. We had it set and ready to go in minutes. We used water to fill the base even though sand is recommended. Plenty of people played, and even one of the dogs found this entertaining.

Came with incorrect parts. Contacted the company to assist with replacement parts and never received a response. Purchase a different brand. Both Walmart and lifetimes customer service is terrible!

Product arrived 2 weeks early. The ball is soft and kids are enjoying it. Pole could be more stable and the plastic string was sharp and cutting the kids skin so we covered with tape. Hours of positive entertainment and exercise a we are pleased.

Enjoyed the simple format of the instruction guide. Each step had one page depicting the parts needed . The following page described the assembly of the parts. The tether ball set was more than I expected.

Bought a few weeks ago, gave to our son for his 8th birthday, assembled easily enough. Only issue is the metal locking assembly for attaching the ball will not stay closed!!! It seems to have a defect because after every game you have to retighten it closed. It continues to open despite trying different positions and having to screw it closed every 10 minutes or so! Happy with rest of set up but something isn’t right in this important detail!

bought this for my home daycare and for my own kids and they all love it, well made and built to last.

My kids played with it so much that they broke a small part of it and the company was nice enough to replace it for me.
