My Grandsons play with this daily. No matter what else they are doing, one will say "Let's go play tetherball!!! And off they go. They love it. And this set is really solid. They did lose the top in one mighty return. We found all but two small parts. The company was amazingly helpful in getting replacement. It also was fairly easy to put together. We are very happy with this purchase.

Very easy to install. Might need two people if you lack upper body strenght. I've owned this tetherball set for roughly a month, although I've only used it once. Pumped up the ball for the first time and there was a microscopic hole that deflated after a few hits. Contacted customer service and they are in the process of sending out a replacement ball, for free. Their customer service team is currently overwhelmed at the moment due to Covid-19/Quarantine--everybody is buying new activities to play outside so it's no surprise! Be patient and their team will take care of you.

We bought this 2 years ago now, and it has been in constant use by our two boys (10-14). Great value for the money, and recently when the strap on the ball wore out from so much heavy use the company sent us a new one without any hassles! Great product and great service.

I bought this Tetherball system a few years ago for my grandkids, who love playing with it, I E-mail Lifetime asking about a replacement for my broken pole, I later got a E-mail that lifetime was going to ship me a replacement pole at no charge to me, I'm very pleased with this company for standing behind their product, I would definitely buy from lifetime again, and would strongly recommend them to family and Friends. When we moved recently I took our tether ball apart to bring to our new home. I lost the hardware to put it back together. Eric from customer service was very helpful and had the parts I needed ship right away. He is making our yellow lab very happy. Thank you very much

My kids love this tether ball game. Someone at my house removed the top part of the tether ball pole to kick the ball around and we never found it. I contacted the company and they are sending me the replacement part. It’s 3 years old so out of warranty but reasonably priced part is being shipped. Excellent quality, excellent customer service.

This tethterball system is the one to buy., Very strong and sturdy for kids the improve their skills. Made of high quality steel pole and a tough ball to take their tough punches. Stays put when you fill the base with water or sand if you wish. Highly recommend this item.

Was looking for a tetherball set that would have been permanent, but love that you can move this one to wherever you want to play. This has worked out really well for our family. The only downsize was that when it was delivered it was in the original box with picture fully displayed on the front. This was a Christmas present and luckily my kids weren't home when it was delivered. The box is huge though, so I'm not sure how else they would deliver it. Just thought I'd give a heads up in case it's a surprise gift.

My husband had it set up in about 30 minutes that's including filling the base with sand/water. We got this for my 2 younger girls and once we pulled it out the neighborhood kids came running so be prepared to be the cool house. All the kids had no idea you could have tetherball ball at home they thought it was just at school recess. The system kept them entertained for a long time and they all walked away red cheeked , sweaty and asking for drinks! I love it! Makes a mom feel good when they love playing outside. The stand/stabilizer works great to hold down the base with no wobbling and no movement in the pole while playing. Even my husband took a few swings and the unit stayed put. It was also simple for an adult to roll into a different location if needed or to be stored in the garage. My favorite feature is the ability to move it from the grass to cement or garage. My 3 year old took a few good falls after running and trying to hit the ball so the grass was a great place for her to play but the older girls preferred it on the cement. Item shipped to my house quickly!
