This is a huge hit with my kids. it was a birthday gift, but all the kids (ages 6-12) love it!! Its sturdy and was easy to put together. I love that it's portable so we can put it in the garage or she'd during the coldest winter months. Its a fantastic outdoor gift!

I have the Tetherball set and have been happy with it. Rather than a portable option, I wanted an additional pipe to cement in the ground. I called the service line to ordered the part. They were very helpful, courteous and efficient. The part arrived 2 days later! Thank you

I'm so happy that I bought this tetherball set. I was reluctant that it wouldn't stand up to hard play, but then I purchased it because of other people's ratings. It really is a solidly built set for the money. My son and his friends can really hit the ball hard without it tipping over. I filled the base with sand to make it more stable, which was a pain because the filling holes are so small. My only recommendation to the manufacturer would be to make these holes bigger for easier filling. If you're planning on filling with water it will be easy. I'm also happy that it helps get the kids outside - away from video games!

Although, this company has proven durability and quality for their products. This tether ball set, lacks stability with the pole connection and the base. It is wobbly and pipe moves, no way to keep it tightly together. The rope that connects the ball with a clip at the top with the silver latch, always comes off. We’ve had it for a few months now, and it’s still the same, no way of tightening the pole/post. My kids like this item, as we choose to keep it for that reason, sending in this product will probably cost us more work.

I had one of these as a kid, now our grandchildren are getting to enjoy the fun of tetherball too. Easy enough for all of our grandchildren to use. We did however replace the tetherball rope with a longer one so the smaller children could more easily reach it. Otherwise it's a good purchase.

While there was a long wait due to COVID-19 staffing reductions the attentiveness by customers service staff was outstanding. Call was dropped by carrier part way through but the customer service continued to process replacement parts request and then confirmed to my voice mail. Many thanks to all especially Danny!!

My kids love this tether ball game. Someone at my house removed the top part of the tether ball pole to kick the ball around and we never found it. I contacted the company and they are sending me the replacement part. It’s 3 years old so out of warranty but reasonably priced part is being shipped. Excellent quality, excellent customer service.

We bought this for my son for his birthday and it has been a big hit. Not just with the kids either. We've had adults play tetherball for the first time in years. It's been a blast. We did have an issue where the ball attachment point ripped in half within a month of purchase, but again, we had adults playing. Lifetime sent us two new balls free of charge. We have a tougher ball for the adults now, but the kids much prefer the ones that Lifetime makes.

Great product! Brings back old memories. Had fun with my nephews. Easier to move and more convenient. Good for the prices. Took a star for setup took a little longer then expected and the rope was short than I would have preferred. Never the less, highly recommend!!

Only had it since Christmas, but my 10, 11 & 13-year old kids have loved it. The system feels sturdy, but yet the pole sort of shakes back & forth when they hit it. It doesn't affect the play, but I wonder if, in the long run, it might get bad. We filled the bottom with water since we didn't have sand, and it holds down just fine. It's easy to move from one location to another by turning on the side & rolling it like a tire.
