Bought a few weeks ago, gave to our son for his 8th birthday, assembled easily enough. Only issue is the metal locking assembly for attaching the ball will not stay closed!!! It seems to have a defect because after every game you have to retighten it closed. It continues to open despite trying different positions and having to screw it closed every 10 minutes or so! Happy with rest of set up but something isn’t right in this important detail!

We bought this for my son for his birthday and it has been a big hit. Not just with the kids either. We've had adults play tetherball for the first time in years. It's been a blast. We did have an issue where the ball attachment point ripped in half within a month of purchase, but again, we had adults playing. Lifetime sent us two new balls free of charge. We have a tougher ball for the adults now, but the kids much prefer the ones that Lifetime makes.

Great product! Brings back old memories. Had fun with my nephews. Easier to move and more convenient. Good for the prices. Took a star for setup took a little longer then expected and the rope was short than I would have preferred. Never the less, highly recommend!!

We bought this years ago, and it is lots of fun for younger and older kids. We are also a military family, so we move frequently, and ended up recently needing a new ball & rope. The customer service agent was super helpful and very prompt helping us with a replacement. Thank you!

Was looking for a tetherball set that would have been permanent, but love that you can move this one to wherever you want to play. This has worked out really well for our family. The only downsize was that when it was delivered it was in the original box with picture fully displayed on the front. This was a Christmas present and luckily my kids weren't home when it was delivered. The box is huge though, so I'm not sure how else they would deliver it. Just thought I'd give a heads up in case it's a surprise gift.

I called the 800 number. They said leave a message and they will call you back. So many companies never call you back. I got a phone call right away. They are sending the part I need with no charge and I can track it. My person in the phone was very polite and helpful. Buy from brands that back their products. Life does. I will continue to buy life line.

This is a huge hit with my kids. it was a birthday gift, but all the kids (ages 6-12) love it!! Its sturdy and was easy to put together. I love that it's portable so we can put it in the garage or she'd during the coldest winter months. Its a fantastic outdoor gift!

We have only enjoyed it for 2 days so far, but the grandkids and I loved the fact that they were outside doing physical exercise as opposed to electronics! loved it!

My kids love this tether ball game. Someone at my house removed the top part of the tether ball pole to kick the ball around and we never found it. I contacted the company and they are sending me the replacement part. It’s 3 years old so out of warranty but reasonably priced part is being shipped. Excellent quality, excellent customer service.
