We bought this 2 years ago now, and it has been in constant use by our two boys (10-14). Great value for the money, and recently when the strap on the ball wore out from so much heavy use the company sent us a new one without any hassles! Great product and great service.

I have the Tetherball set and have been happy with it. Rather than a portable option, I wanted an additional pipe to cement in the ground. I called the service line to ordered the part. They were very helpful, courteous and efficient. The part arrived 2 days later! Thank you

This is an awesome game for the kids. Super easy to put together and fill with water. Can also move around the yard with ease. Good quality from ball to pole to the base. Just would prefer to have it delivered to the door rather than having to pick it up at shoppers post office.

I order this online on July 4 before I went away on vacation and it was in my mail on July 22, I got back on July 23, I set it up July 24, and my kids ages 12 and two 9 year old's have not stopped using it ever since I set it up two weeks ago, it is the best!!!! the girls love it...100% perfect...I would definitely recommend it..

Very easy to install. Might need two people if you lack upper body strenght. I've owned this tetherball set for roughly a month, although I've only used it once. Pumped up the ball for the first time and there was a microscopic hole that deflated after a few hits. Contacted customer service and they are in the process of sending out a replacement ball, for free. Their customer service team is currently overwhelmed at the moment due to Covid-19/Quarantine--everybody is buying new activities to play outside so it's no surprise! Be patient and their team will take care of you.

I bought this Tetherball system a few years ago for my grandkids, who love playing with it, I E-mail Lifetime asking about a replacement for my broken pole, I later got a E-mail that lifetime was going to ship me a replacement pole at no charge to me, I'm very pleased with this company for standing behind their product, I would definitely buy from lifetime again, and would strongly recommend them to family and Friends. Was easy to put together. Game plays well. I give it four stars because the metal clip used to attach the tether to the top of the pole continues to open. When this happens, the tether comes off the pole and the ball goes flying. It has hit my son in the face more than once. We have to continue to look at the top to make sure the clip is closed.

While there was a long wait due to COVID-19 staffing reductions the attentiveness by customers service staff was outstanding. Call was dropped by carrier part way through but the customer service continued to process replacement parts request and then confirmed to my voice mail. Many thanks to all especially Danny!!

This tethterball system is the one to buy., Very strong and sturdy for kids the improve their skills. Made of high quality steel pole and a tough ball to take their tough punches. Stays put when you fill the base with water or sand if you wish. Highly recommend this item.

We bought this for my son for his birthday and it has been a big hit. Not just with the kids either. We've had adults play tetherball for the first time in years. It's been a blast. We did have an issue where the ball attachment point ripped in half within a month of purchase, but again, we had adults playing. Lifetime sent us two new balls free of charge. We have a tougher ball for the adults now, but the kids much prefer the ones that Lifetime makes.
