Both times I had a bad headache, took two of these and didnt help at all. I cant say if Id recommend because everyone reacts differently to things. I gave these to my grandmother who had better luck with it.

This medicine contains both ibuprofen and acetaminophen which allows you to take a lower daily dose of each medication. It is used to relieve headaches, menstrual cramps, and muscle aches along with many other issues. They are easy to swallow and can last up to 8 hours.

But to my surprise it actually works pretty good as I have a lot of everyday body aches. I took 2 and they seem to last most the day. I just wish they were a tad bit smaller but not a big deal.I would recommend and will be buying more . Thanks for the opportunity to try them.

I was excited to try this product because I’m constantly taking ibuprofen for aches and pains (as well as menstrual cramps). These pills are designed to block pains in two ways and you can tell it really works. When I tried this product I was relieved of my aches and pains within a short amount of time which was great! I was able to go about my day without any further pains.

This did well as far as fast acting, but as far as long lasting... Meh. It's not my favorite. It didn't last as long as I expected, and my aches and pains were back in about an hour. If you're looking for long lasting relief, I would bypass this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product and I think it’s convenient to have them both together in one pill but I don’t think it worked any better for me than taking them separately. This worked well to alleviate pain due to arthritis in my toes at rest but didn’t alleviate pain during my boot camp workout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil dual action is actually a really decent over-the-counter pain reliever. The acetaminophen works on the central nervous system, mostly I would say geared towards headaches. While the ibuprofen is a systematic pain reliever working on the rest of the body. I will say that I wish they had a little bit stronger dosage, but I guess I can just take more at one time. This is not going to relieve intense pain clearly, but it definitely works to relieve minor aches and pains and inflammation due to the ibuprofen.

In a little less than 10 minutes it stop the pain completely and I didnt need to keep taking it all the time as it was effective. My husband also used it for headache and he was happy with the fast relief. I definitely recommend everybody to have some at home!
