Especially because you are getting two different pain medications in one. I took this medication for a toothache and it seemed to work well. I would definitely recommend this product. Only thing I would change is I prefer liquid gel caps or a coated pill but that's just a preference.

One blocks the pain signals to the brain and the others main priority is to target the actual source of the pain which makes this dual action medication, so beneficial for those of us who don’t want to use multiple medications!

It contains both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, which I find to be an excellent combination to help with headaches or aches and pains. It works well for me and I definitely believe it is an excellent product. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To preface this, I am a licensed pharmacist who studied medicine for 6 years in college. This product is unnecessary. It contains acetaminophen (which is rough on your liver in high doses) and ibuprofen (which is rough on your kidneys in high doses). However, both of the doses of these medications are too low to have any type of benefit. You would be much better off buying a generic acetaminophen OR ibuprofen (whichever is better for you) and taking an appropriate dose. These drugs have been around for YEARS and have never been marketed together in one pill because it doesnt make sense. I am very passionate about this as I am a pharmacist who spends the majority of my day filling prescriptions appropriately for patients and recommending over the counter treatments.

I took this after a long day out where I had back pain and a headache and it did alleviate both of those for me. I took a nap and woke up and both aches had faded. It wasnt hard to swallow and didnt upset my stomach at all. Glad to have it!
