[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i waited to try these until i had period cramps to really see how they worked. the result was they worked ok, not great. i actually usually take acetaminophen with an ibuprofen when cramps get really bad and it works well, so i was intrigued to try this combo. however, after the first 2-3 hours i was in pain again. so they weren't as lasting as i had hoped. overall, it's a good idea but i am better at managing the dose when i take the medication separately.

I have the worst cramps around that time of the month and I’ve tried everything (Advil, Midol, heating pads, tea, hot baths, even pickle juice!) and nothing touched what the dual action Advil accomplished. I have two to my mom and sister each and they had the same experience. My mom’s headache was gone within half hour and my sisters cramps greatly subsided as well. I saw the dual action Advil at Safeway and bought them all! I’m so happy that I discovered this product, it’s truly changed my life.

Now I dont have to because this is a perfect combination both. I took it for the first time yesterdayand was so thankful for the reliefit provided. It's also a travel size and so easy to throw in my bag or backpack to take on the go.

I usually take ibuprofen for some things and acetaminophen for others, and this combines both! These work so well together! I get occasional headaches (usually screen or allergy related), cramps, and back pain. This pain relief knocked out each within an hour. And the relief lasted all day. I think this might be my new go to for pain. #AdvilDualAction

I was primarily looking for stomach irritation, but I took them for cramps and not only did they work fast, I feel like the ibuprofen + acetaminophen combo was much more effective than one alone.
