[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in handy at the right time, because I pulled a muscle in my neck. It combines ibuprofen with acetaminophen, so it acts on different factors. It helped reduce the pain in my neck after about 30-45 minutes.

Im mostly drawn to acetaminophen more than ibuprofen because of my acid reflux. This dual action Advil was a fast relief of my pain and it didnt make me feel groggy or cause my acid reflux to flair!

Ibruporfen alone wasn't helping and I was having to nap to get relief. Obviously, taking a nap isn't always an option. So the last time I tried this advil with Tylenol for the first time and my headache was completely gone within an hour!

It is a really great concept, overall great product, and does help take the edge off of aches an pains, arthritis pain etc, but I honestly could not tell that helped anymore than regular ibuprofen, or tylenol alone.

I havent tried it yet because I dont want to unnecessarily take it without needing it, however I find that Advil always works faster for me than Tylenol . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Advil regularly for headaches. This still does the trick. I personally don't use acetaminophen, even for fevers. So, I don't think this will replace my regular medicines that I use for pain. However, it does work!
