After trying it twice (to see if it really was the product) on pain after a procedure, it did nothing for my pain and gave me a migraine both times. No thanks. I hope it works for others, but not for me.

The combination of ibuprofen and acetaminophen makes it more effective and long-lasting. It helped ease my headache and body pain without making me feel drowsy. I would definitely recommend it for quick, strong relief.

It is a really great concept, overall great product, and does help take the edge off of aches an pains, arthritis pain etc, but I honestly could not tell that helped anymore than regular ibuprofen, or tylenol alone.

I'm normally a Tylenol person, but it wears often about four hours. This last eight hours. I take it with my cramps with my back pain sometimes even if I have a headache, that's not as bad as a migraine, I'll definitely keep the stock in my house

You are able to combat fevers as well as pain and swelling, without having to literally take 2 separate pills. Tried this for back pain and it got the job done. I was not disappointed and plan to make this a staple in my medicine cabinet. You can’t go wrong with this combination. It addresses many other issues as well.
