I am often attached to my heating pad while I'm home. Normal pain relievers just don't seem to take away my discomfort. With the weather changes this couldn't have come at a better time! First time trying this and my aches and pains were gone! I could actually step away from my heating pad for a while. It is much more effective than a stand alone pain reliever. I will definitely be purchasing this in the future.

I was struggling from my muscle pains and a high fever and regular tylenol was not very effective on that so I decided to give this dual action advil a try amd whithin few minutesI was able to resume my daily activities and was able to spend time with my kids and family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried these before so was excited to receive them again! These dual action Advil work better than other OTC pain medications. I have suffered from chronic pain for almost ten years now and not many OTC pain meds work for me but with this one I can actually feel some relief. I believe the combination of acetaminophen and ibuprofen together is what makes these work better than other similar products. The relief lasts for quite awhile too so it’s not something you have to take too often. Overall if you are like me and don’t get much pain relief from other common OTC meds I would definitely give these a try and see how you like them! They are easy to swallow as the tablets are small.

This product met my expectations. I had bad teeth and jaw pain and this medication took the pain away in a short time. Without taking this pill, I would have not been able to sleep.
