The problem is once you’ve taken it, you can’t take ibuprofen or Tylenol for a while so there is no rotation of medication available if you have severe pain or fever. I prefer to take the medication separately.

I took these in the middle of the night and it kicked in within 30 mins and I was able to go back to sleep. Im very happy because I had cramps and back pain! I definitely will be purchasing !

I think it worked decently for my menstrual cramps though. Received #complimentary thanks to @advil !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m obsessed with this new pain reliever. I’ve always used Advil and Excedrin(which has acetaminophen in it) independently of each other. But now, we get ibuprofen and acetaminophen together in one simple pill! I suffer from a lot of headaches and pain since I’m getting older. I will absolutely continue to buy this product and I highly recommend.

It works so much better than most other pain relievers I’ve tried. The ibuprofen and acetaminophen combination in one pill really does the trick! The pills are small and easy to take. They don’t leave an unpleasant taste in my mouth which is a nice bonus. This is going to be my new go to pain reliever next time I need some relief.
