This works better than just ibuprofen or acetaminophen alone, knocking out my headache in 10-15 minutes. I keep a bottle in my purse, it's a lifesaver!

But to have them both together is literally the best I’ve ever used! I’ve had the worst headache due to a spot on my head causing pain and this immediately took care of it and got rid of the unbearable pain that caused me to not even be able to sleep. I definitely will only be buying this brand from now on!!

The longevity of the product was good since it is dual action and has a longer between time than other pain relievers. I was worried since it is a hard pill and not a gel capsule it would take longer to work but it didnt!

Im a medical assistant so Im always running around and looking at a computer screen to type in vitals and whatnot. I get headaches often and Im always taking Advil or something to help reduce it. Im so glad I got this. As soon as I feel a headache coming on, I take 2 caplets. Not too long after I take them am I already feeling better. This definitely works better than regular Advil in my opinion :)
