The acetaminophen and ibuprofen combo give you relief from two different angles. For me it has been used to relieve pain from headaches to menstrual cramps and everything in between. This has become a staple in my purse and I plan to purchase when I run out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well with my aches and pains. I like the fact that has Acetaminophen (500 mgs) and Ibuprofen (250 mgs) with up to 8 hours of relief. Please note though it does have NSAIDS in it so if you cannot take that, you cannot take this product.

Perhaps it was dumb luck, perhaps this is actually a really effective combination for me, but all three times that I used this product, my headache disappeared in a snap. I am looking forward to purchasing another bottle!

This dual action formula does what it’s supposed to do as best as any OTC pain reliever I’ve tried to be honest. I didn’t note anything particularly special about it. If you’re seeking mild pain relief from discomfort that doesn’t necessarily require a doctor’s visit, I’d recommend this for sure.

So, let me preface this by saying that you should speak to your doctor first. With that being said, this product was fine for me for my muscleaches and headache, but I’m not sure this did anything extra beyond what either acetaminophen or ibuprofen would have done separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I get terrible pain, usually because of cramps, I have to take both ibuprofen and Tylenol in order to help. This Advil has ibuprofen with acetaminophen, so I only have to take one and my pain subsides. I loved this stuff and recommend it.
