This is so very convenient for me. The pain relief is much more efficient and lasts longer for me than taking each active ingredient by itself. The pill is also very easy to swallow.

I waited until I had a headache or some body pain and then I took it as I would any other and acetaminophen or Advil and it really didn't do any different or impress me any more than the other products. I don't typically take Advil unless it's all that I have available. But I would say that this was just like any other ibuprofen out there.
