I always get really bad cramps every month and end up having to take a multitude of products to find relief. I took two of these bad boys and the relief was incredible. This kicked in pretty fast and it lasted several hours. I honestly cant say enough good things about it. I plan on making this my new go to for all my aches and pains.

I usually take either ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain, but with them being combined its mind blowing, or relieves the mind blowing. Looking forward in buying these and keeping them in stock at home!!!

Thankfully, that’s because I haven’t had too bad of a headache in the review window. I try to only take medicine as necessary since I have a sensitive stomach. This should work well right when you feel pain coming on since it’s meant to target relief at the source. Excited to try it but hope not to need it anytime soon! I will update this when I do try it!

You get an added layer of pain relief with the acetaminophen! I took a single dose & was pain free about 30 mins later for the whole day! Definitely picking up another bottle when this runs out & recommending!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works well, but combining the two meds means that you cant alternate Tylenol/NSAID for uninterrupted coverage. It helped with my headaches/pains, but if given the choice I would choose the two meds separately so I have more control.

This got rid of my headache and back pain within 30 minutes of taking it. The dual action is what sold me. The fact that it’s 2 in 1 and I don’t have to take 2 separate medications and try and remember what times to take them again is a time saver. Will continue to purchase this!

The rapid release effect is what really makes this an outstanding product that helps relieve pain very fast. I would recommend this product in comparison to regular tablets and competitor brands as well.
