It seems to help my cramps better than just ibuprofen alone. I would definitely recommend this but check with your health care provider first because this has 2 different kinds of pain relievers that some people cannot take.

You get an added layer of pain relief with the acetaminophen! I took a single dose & was pain free about 30 mins later for the whole day! It contains both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, which I find to be an excellent combination to help with headaches or aches and pains.
