I used this the very first day. we got hit by a cat 4 hurricane name Laura and now Delta (cat 3). So we've all been putting our of work to be done but also helping others recover as well. I took mine the very first day and wow 70% of my really bad pain went away. I'm so blessed that we walked away with our lives..homes and other things can be replaced but we can't lose our lifes here. The new Dual Action Advil has both Ibuprofen and Acetaminophin to help with all the aches and pains. This is especially helpful for my shoulder pain. I’ve tried this a few times over the last two months especially when I have bad cramp pains and it has helped but when the pain is really bad, I’ve noticed it won’t help a whole lot but overall I like this for minor things like headaches or mild pain.
