When I got this medicine in my box, I was expecting it to not work already. But I took two anyway when I was in extreme pain. And it actually helped.

I have been experiencing some pain in my rib due to a bike crash and had been take 4 200mg ibuprofen a few times daily and when I got this medicine I took three and only had to take 3 twice daily for the same effect. Its all gone now though wish I had more!!

Some ibuprofen/acetaminophen, for the purse, car, diaper bag, etc. This Advil dual action replaced the multiple bottle rattling I carried around. It knocks out headaches, body aches, and cramping. It's the best fast acting otc pain reliever I've tried in a long time.

It is dual action and heavy on the stomach so make sure you have a glass of water and something to drink with this. It does the job though, plus travel sized can easily go in a purse or pocket.

I always found myself looking for ibuprofen for headaches and then Tylenol for cramps and aches and pains. Thankfully the search for either one is gone!
