However, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, it still did not help with any of my pain. I am aware that this product works for many people, but it simply does not work for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after receiving this Advil Dual Action Acetaminophen complimentary in my voxbox I decided to use it when my cycle came instead of my regular ibuprofen 800 that I normally would take for my cramps I must say I wasnt expecting it to do much compared to the 800s that I normally would take but boy was I wrong within a few minutes of taking the Advil my killer cramps disappeared completely allowing me to go on with my day as if I werent even on my cycle I since then have had to pick up an extra bottle for my S/O since he gets major headaches and they seem to do the trick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen together for quite a while for my menstrual cramps so I was delighted that Advil decided to combine both ingredients into one pill. This is so very convenient for me. The pain relief is much more efficient and lasts longer for me than taking each active ingredient by itself. The pill is also very easy to swallow.
