[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample-sized bottle of Advil Dual Action Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen all-in-one medicine from Influenster. This is a pill that has both acetaminophen and ibuprofen in it. I like the concept but I don’t think this performs very well.  I had menstrual cramps and a headache and, after I took these pills, it didn’t fully take away the pain like my plain old storebrand ibuprofen can.

It fights pain in two ways acetaminophen blocks pain signals, Advil targets pain at the source. The combination of both gives up to 8 hours of pain relief. I was really impressed by how well it knocked out the pain !! I will be getting some more very soon!!

I typically take another pain reliever for my constant headaches because they work well for me, so when trying these I was hesitant. But they actually work great and take my headaches away very quickly.

Admittedly, I don't know if I could detect a difference but either way the pain is numbed. I have chronic back pain and Advil is the brand I always rely on.
