I have headaches and back pain and it helps a lot with that but it's not just limited to that it helps with all forms of pain. If you have any type of pain or even a fever ai suggest trying out advil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this on the FIRST day of my cycle, so this absolutely does wonders. Its a mix of acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Motrin). So double action, and great for cramps, headaches, body aches, and Im sure all types of pain. I would just advise people who have bad reactions to either drug, definitely avoid!
