However, with someone who has high levels of pain, I found it didn’t last the full 12 hours like it claimed. Still was close in the 8-10hour range, but will occasionally need to supplement to get through a full 12 hours.

I decided to give this a try and see if it would help ease my pain.. no more then 15 minutes and I was absolutely amazed how effective this product was. I was able to move around and do my tasks at home wothout being in a ton of pain.

I get headaches very easily during season changes and its typically hard to get rid of it quick. I took two of these Advil and within just a little bit, my headache had subdued.

Takes care of it all! It even helped my fiance's pulled back muscle, and let him able to sleep.. he even fell asleep with his glasses on! WILL be buying when I run out, for sure!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not really sure why but we tend to buy just plain ibuprofen for ourselves and acetaminophens for the children. I'd never thought to take a combination of the two, not even with the amount of pain I get from my construction and welding job. However, this was GREAT! I feel like it definitely relieved and block more pain than just using either or as a single option for relief. It was also great for a headache. I feel like it is a relatively lose dose of each ingredient but because they are combined offered more.

I felt really crappy after getting some vaccines and my arm killed and I had just gotten a 3 hour tattoo. I took this and my tattoo pain got better, arm pain reduced and felt overall better.

Ibuprofen is not my painkiller of choice but I know a lot of people who prefer it. I think the idea of combining acetaminophen and ibuprofen is really great - whatever you can do to cover all the bases for different types of pain! Ive taken it for headaches and it works well and pretty quickly.
