[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Advil Dual Action is a conventient want to get faster pain relief since it is both ibuprofen and acetaminophen in one tablet. I notice is working faster than just taking one or the other. I love that it has both!

I had hip pain a few weeks back that I could not get any relief from I took a dose of this medication and with a little Heat I was feeling a little better by the next day I took another dose and could get through my entire day at work. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of mixing ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I’m a physician and we often tell patients to alternate between the two for pain. So this is a great idea - however, the dose of acetaminophen is quite low and i think you get less bang for your buck than just alternating. I’d rather take 2 extra strength Tylenol then take 1-2 Advil 6 hours later. This still works for mild pain but not better than either ingredient separately.

It was so effective and I felt like it kicked in sooner than any Advil or ibuprofen I’ve taken before, and lasted long enough for me to sleep through the night. I especially love it on long days outside or at amusement parks! Very happy with this product.
