I normally use off brand Tylenol because I just had a baby and Im used to only taking acetaminophen (plus I buy off brand to save a few bucks), but I would consider buying this again. I usually like to take ibuprofen for headaches since the pain is usually tight-neck related for me, but I like the added benefit of acetaminophen. Always works great!

I waited to get it until the other day when I needed it. I had woken up with a horrible headache. This took it away completely in about 15 minutes! I love it! Keeping this on hand from now on! Wow!
