Ive been a lifelong ibuprofen advocate and acetaminophen never really worked for me. This product, however, really surprised me. I took it when I was experiencing tension headaches, as well as when I was experiencing pretty bad body aches and soreness after a long & difficult shift. It works just as fast, if not faster, than regular ibuprofen. I like that this product uses less of both drugs to produce a similar effect as ibuprofen 600mg alone. Ill definitely be adding this to my medicine cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a headache that I could not get to go away. I tried water, soda and I remembered that I had this. I took two and relaxed. Within 20 minutes I could feel the pain easing and I didnt get the sick feeling.

I wouldn’t take this all the time and would still isolate the specific medication for specific symptoms but this is great for when I have multiple issues going on.

I have used this today and it definitely has helped! I normally have to take multiple pills of just Advil in order for it to make any impact on my headache going away. Only had to take (1-2) of the Dual Action pills!

Perfect size and easy to take. I always make sure I have some in my purse because they come in handy when needed.
