[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil Dual Action Coated Caplets with Acetaminophen, 250 Mg Ibuprofen and 500 Mg Acetaminophen Per Dose (2 Dose Equivalent) for 8 Hour Pain Relief. I personally don't use over the counter pain relievers, per my doctor's suggestion. But my husband put these to the test while going through a cluster of headaches. He did find that these dual action coated caplets worked quickly and he found fairly long lasting relief. With the weather going from hot to cold, back to hot then cold again, these will definitely be added to our medicine cabinet to easy grab and go access.

I think it is one of those medications where I dont see the benefit in switching from what has worked for me in the past. it was exciting to see something new but not really worth it.

The combination of ibuprofen and acetaminophen helps it work even harder to eliminate any pain, whether it be cramps, muscle pain, aches, etc. It works for longer than most painkillers, coming in at a solid 8 hours. Ive used both types of painkillers simultaneously in the past (theyre processed by different organs, so theres no risk of damage), but two pills instead of 3-4 makes a big difference when youre on the go.

My best friend and I both used this product and it helped wonderfully! He has a injury and needed some pain relief, which he said it did great. I needed pain relief for a minor pain I was having, and it did wonders for me as well. Would definitely purchase!
