But surprisingly enough, Ive never tried the dual action before. Noticed it kicked in quicker and definitely did the job when I ran out of Midol.

I think the idea of combining the two types of pain relievers was brilliant. I have used these at times when I had some dental issues going on and they worked GREAT for me.
