It kicks in fast and tackles the pain without making me feel groggy. I could feel it helping my headache and body pains in less than a half hour after taking it. I usually alternate between Tylenol and Ibuprofen when I'm not feeling well but with this dial action pill you get the best of both and are able to take way less pills! I will definitely get again and would definitely recommend to friends and family!
