The combo of both acetaminophen and ibuprofen targets my pain and gives me fast and strong relief that lasts. Paired with a coffee or pop for a bit of caffeine, this stuff is unbeatable for my pain. Id highly recommend it to anyone that needs it, and will be keeping it in my medicine cabinet for the foreseeable future!

It definitely works quickly - helped with my headache and back pain, but is it necessary to combine Tylenol and Ibuprofen? I would normally take Tylenol for headache and Ibuprofen for back - this time it was just one product. Maybe more convenient for some.

I do recommend counting the dose and considering your intake based on your symptoms. I would def take on days where I may have fever and aches to get the best dual action relief.
