I alternate both ibuprofen and acetaminophen. This is a game changer!!! I tried it last night to fight a 12 hour long headache and within an hour it was gone and I could sleep! No cramps either. Theyre a bit big, so if you have a hard time swallowing pills these might not be for you. Ill definitely buy these in the future.
