I have really bad shoulder pains 18 hours of the day and if I take 3 of these it goes away for the 10 hours I’m at work I normally take regular Advil or ibuprofen but this last longer so I don’t have to take as much which I’m sure will help my liver in the long run because I’ve heard Advil like products hurt you liver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heads up! This has Tylenol & Ibuprofen in it. Be aware if you are allergic to one or the other. The dual action helps with multiple types of pain. Just make sure you dont take it combined with another pain killer since it is dual action.
