I pop two of these when I have a severe headache or any pains that I can’t bear without a little help. These are fast acting and deliver the relief you need. Will purchase again when I finish the bottle I received.

I dont know how many times i have rotated advil and Tylenol to get the most effective over the counter pain relief. Or treating my kids' high fevers, that same rotation was always Doctors orders. With this product, we dont need both since we have those meds in one. Obviously this cuts back on the number of pills needed, which is a definite plus. I will continue to buy and keep this stocked in my house!

Advil I feel starts to work right away with a minute of use!! It really provide a relief to any sort of pain!!

I get really bad menstrual cramps the first day and usually have to take medicine every four hours but I only took this Advil once and I was fine for the rest of the day!! This never happens to me, I always take medicine at least 2-3 times so I was shocked as to how well it worked. Definitely recommend it!!

I will woke up this morning with a pounding headache. Normally you never know should you take acetaminophen or Ibuprofen? Well this is a combination of both. One tablet contains 250 mg of acetaminophen and 125 mg of ibuprofen. I personally took two tablets and it took the headache right away within 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend this as long as you have no allergies to either acetaminophen or Ibuprofen. Because it does contain both products.

First off, Ive had this product for a week and I am not one to experience any pain usually. The only times I ever take pain reliever pills is when Im going to start my period and I experience sharp pains. I took this today when I was experiencing pain, and this relieved it in about 15 minutes. It didnt take long at all for my pain to be relieved.
