I can say that this new medicine worked quite fast and effectively. I'm not a fan of caplets, but they were on the smaller side and easy to swallow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was great because it included both Tylenol and ibuprofen in one tablet so when my headache is really bad and I need to take both, I don't have to swallow as many pills to get pain relief. I also shared them with my older mother and she said they work so much better for minor back and leg pain than just taking one or the other. It is noteworthy to say that the dosage is for regular and not extra strength so that is something to keep in mind if you usually need the extra strength these won't work as well for you. But for small/minor aches and headaches this works amazingly.

This powerhouse really packs a punch by fighting pain with acetaminophen (which blocks pain signals) AND Advil (which targets pain at the source), giving up to eight hours of relief, which I love. I find that this works quite a bit better than regular Advil for general minor aches, pains and soreness!!!

I dont think I was able to notice a clear improvement from plain Advil but that would also depend on my reason for taking. I took this for cramp pain.
