[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of advil and this was the first time that I had this one. For me was really good and the effect was fast. I have a lot of headaches and I am always taking medicine. I will buy more of this for sure!!

However, it's such a low dose of Advil and Tylenol that I found just taking a full dose of one of the other and alternating them was more effective for me

I wouldn't say they are in anyway fast acting or better than taking each medicine separately. They're convenient because you only need to keep track of one bottle of pills instead of both Advil and Tylenol. I don't think I would go out of my way to purchase this. Innovative, but I'm going to pass.

It works fast and makes me feel better after a tough day. I like this bottle because it’s portable for my bag or desk! I got a complimentary bottle in exchange for my review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen, I fill my body with a lot of ibuprofen because of a car accident I was in a while ago that left my shoulder feeling not so hot. Well, this stuff is nice. It doesnt take as much ibuprofen when I have something else go with it but Im not taking my 5 ibuprofen and 2 or 3 Tylenol. No thank you. This fixes that.

Over the year Excedrine has been the only thing to help... well, not anymore! I am shocked to say I finally found a medicine that goes above and beyond what I expect. These migraines can be killer and I am so happy to have a second choice! (My new first choice )
