I can't ever tell which works better, so I I would always take both Tylenol and Advil together. but now I don't have to. thank God cause it gets expensive when you're broke. haha. anyways. idk if it's any safer than just one or the other, but it works wonders for me. maybe they need to make a smaller dosage one and larger dosage one, idk. but thank you for sending me this in a box of. it came at the perfect time for me.

After testing the Advil Dual Action I have to say this is an amazing product. This medication combines Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. Combining these two allows you to take a lower maximum daily dose of each medication and now get up to 8-hours of powerful relief. So whether it’s headaches, toothaches, backaches, menstrual cramps, muscle pains, or minor pain of arthritis, this combination will fight them all. I recently had to have oral surgery that went horribly. I was given prescription pain medication and antibiotics to help with pain but it did nothing. I decided I would use the Advil Dual Action hoping it would help. I just wanted any relief I could get. I was shocked how much relief I received from the Advil Dual Action. I immediately ordered the biggest bottle I could find. I am now a lifelong customer from this point forward. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest - I never know which medicine to take for what...what's better for headaches? What's better for back pain? I still don't know... When I was sent the Advil Dual Action to test - I was intrigued! Would I no longer have to guess which was best for pain? Lucky for Influenster, they picked the right person to test this, because I often get headaches and menstrual pains which I often take "something" for. What I liked about this is it's a lower dose of each, but with a much longer effect, instead of having to take more at the 4 hour mark, these would last more like 7-8 hours. The combo worked well for me, but I also don't require taking them everyday - more like a few times a month (depending on the month). I will consider adding these to my normal medicine cabinet pending the price. Free was a lot better ;)
