[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the concept of combining ibprofen and tylenol, as it seems to work very well for pain. however, my doctor always.says to take 600 mg of ibuprofen and 1000 mg of tylenol at a time. This contains 250mg of ibuprofen and 125mg tylenol, so you can really only take two at a time and do not get the full benefit of taking both pills together because the doses are so low.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in the medical profession and was always under the impression of alternating acetaminophen with ibuprofen but at much higher doses that deal with prescriptions. With the smaller doses that come in the OTC to combine them was genius! No more alternating but getting it all in one! Works so well I have shared with many coworkers!

I tend to use it for everything, headaches, pains, etc. This dual action one works even better since you get both acetaminophen and ibuprofen in one! I’ve been keeping this little to go one in my purse at all times and it’s been such a lifesaver.

Works great for cramps, but my husband and I both get horrible headaches and this works SO FAST and stops headaches in their tracks.
