[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Advil with acetaminophen seemed to work just as well as any other Advil product. The acetaminophen seemed to make no difference to the effectiveness. It is relatively cheap though, so somewhat of a bang for your buck.

He really liked that this pill offered both. By having both medications it offers the anti-inflammatory properties of the ibuprofen while doubling pain relief. I highly recommend this medication and will be buying it again.

In general, I like to avoid taking medicine and, for certain kinds of pain, taking both medicines feels like overkill. This also costs at least 1.5 more than either ibuprofen and acetaminophen separately.

Anyway it's got a child safety cap like most meds to be warned itll take a lottle elbow grease to open, but thats to be expected!
