[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the dual action of this medication. My husband frequently has back pain from his job and usually rotates taking ibuprofen or Tylenol. He really liked that this pill offered both. By having both medications it offers the anti-inflammatory properties of the ibuprofen while doubling pain relief. I highly recommend this medication and will be buying it again.

So whether it’s headaches, toothaches, backaches, menstrual cramps, muscle pains, or minor pain of arthritis, this combination will fight them all. Good to have in your kit in the car and at home especially the smaller portion.

They help well with all types of pain and as an antipyretic. These tablets contain both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, two effective ingredients that work very well.

My back pain went away in about 10 minutes but my headache persisted. It was a little disappointing but all in all I would say if you have chronic back pain like me this would be good for you. It did make my stomach hurt about 30 after using it though & I had eaten about an hour prior to taking it.
