A few days later I woke up sore from sleeping wrong and decided to take it. within the hour I felt great !! I definitely recommend this to people. and will be getting more in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this came with 18 capsules with both ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I don’t really know how necessary it is and you have to take 2 every 8 hours so 18 tablets won’t last you too long. if I was going to buy, I would buy in bulk

The problem is once you’ve taken it, you can’t take ibuprofen or Tylenol for a while so there is no rotation of medication available if you have severe pain or fever. I prefer to take the medication separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was diagnosed with a tumor at the base of my brain hers ago. The tumor presses on my optic nerve so I get massive headaches a few times a week. I usually use excedrin or something extra strength. I received this and it gets rid of my headache so quick.. this will probably be my new go to when I feel one coming on. I'm sure it helps with other aches and pains people have but for me this has been lifesaving.

I typically prefer single medicines rather than the blend - this has ibuprofen and acitametophin - but as always it got the job done when I needed pain relief while traveling!
