[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I get terrible pain, usually because of cramps, I have to take both ibuprofen and Tylenol in order to help. This Advil has ibuprofen with acetaminophen, so I only have to take one and my pain subsides. I loved this stuff and recommend it.

I have to say I usually have to take multiple meds for my pain but I only had to take this once and it relieved my cramps all day!

Now I dont have to take two different pain pills at a time. It took about an hour to kick in which isnt too great or too bad. However, it only lasted about two hours. I received this product for free for testing purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I LOVE the Advil that looks like little shiny m&m candies. Theyre small, easy to swallow, taste decent.. I did notice that this dual action was very effective. Only have to take two instead of three pills. If I felt like I headache was coming in, Id take two, wouldnt get one. If I had a headache Id take two, it would go away fairly quickly. Id like to buy in the future, although the little m&m ones are still my favorite/the most pleasant to take. These didnt taste bad or have any taste. I think its embarrassing to say I like the coating and size of the other ones haha. Ill be stuck in the isle next time Im buying (Do you want more effective headache medicine? Or the tastier more enjoyable one?) hmmmm
