Over the year Excedrine has been the only thing to help... well, not anymore! I am shocked to say I finally found a medicine that goes above and beyond what I expect. These migraines can be killer and I am so happy to have a second choice! (My new first choice )

And when it’s really bad- I would mix ibuprofen with acetaminophen anyway- so these already do that for you, and I got a tiny little travel bottle out of it! Love her!

My headache went away within 30 minutes and stayed away for the rest of the day, each time I used it. It definitely works better than just ibuprofen. The acetaminophen blocks pain and the ibuprofen targets the pain. Very unique product and glad it is something on the market, rather than taking 2 different medications! Recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a current avid ibuprofen taker (not great, I know) this was such a joy to see. This is the best of both worlds, and less pills needed a dose. There moments where my headaches tend to be some thing that I need acetaminophen for, and my more severe headaches ibuprofen. This gives me the ability to treat both at once, while also getting rid of aches and pains. I couldnt be more elated that this exists. Even better, it works.

Double source of medicine trying to make you better. Small size is easy to swallow, if they could form this into a liquid gel so I didnt have to chop in half bc I suck would make more prime time.
